How fast will I hear back?
Calls during working hours are answered live or returned the same day. Form submissions get a reply within one business day, and we’ll get a walk-through slot in the diary as soon as we can. Emergencies jump the queue — call, don’t email.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look, measure and write it up at no cost and no obligation. The only exception is a formal engineered drawing or a structural assessment that needs a third party — we’d tell you that upfront and get your approval before spending your money.
What should I have ready?
Photos help enormously, especially for water damage and repairs. Rough measurements, any HOA colour requirements, a realistic budget range, and your honest timeline. If you’ve had other quotes, we’re happy to look at them — we’d rather explain a price difference than pretend it doesn’t exist.
Do I need to be home?
For the estimate, ideally yes for interior work — it’s much easier to point at things. For exteriors, fences and decks we can often assess without you there. During the job itself, most clients carry on as normal; we work around you.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes, and we don’t make you feel awkward about it. Handyman visits start at a half day. A lot of our bigger contracts started with somebody testing us on a list of five small things.

Water coming in
right now?
Don’t use the form. Call us — water damage response runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and the first hour matters more than the next five.
