Every homeowner knows the feeling. Nine little tasks, none big enough to be worth a contractor’s trip, all annoying enough to notice daily. Call three companies and two never ring back, because a two-hour job doesn’t pay for the drive.
We deliberately run handyman work as its own service, priced by the half or full day, because the value isn’t any single task — it’s clearing the whole list in one go and getting your Saturday back.

won’t touch.
A handyman who says yes to everything is a warning sign, not a bargain. These need a licensed specialist, and we’ll point you at one rather than have a go.

- Licensed plumbing beyond fixtures and simple repairs — no re-pipes, no gas-fired appliances
- Gas work of any kind, ever
- HVAC installation, refrigerant or ductwork replacement

How to build
your list.
Walk the house with your phone
Every room, including the garage and the outside. Photograph anything that annoys you. Twenty minutes and you’ll have twice the list you thought you had.
Send it over as it is
Bullet points and photos in a text or an email. Don’t tidy it up or worry about whether something counts — ask, and we’ll tell you.
We’ll tell you what fits
You’ll get an honest read on what’s a half day and what’s a full day, which items need a licensed trade, and which ones aren’t worth doing at all.
Rank them
Tell us your top three. If the day runs short because one job turns out to be a monster, we’ll have done the ones that actually mattered to you.
One visit, one invoice
We work through the list, tick it off with you at the end, tidy up and go. Anything left over gets quoted rather than quietly added.

How do you charge?
Half day or full day, quoted before we arrive, with materials either supplied by you or billed at cost plus a small pick-up allowance. We don’t bill by the hour with an open end, because that punishes you for a job that turns out to be awkward.
For a list of tasks we’ll tell you honestly what fits in the time and what doesn’t — and we’d rather under-promise and get through your whole list than book a full day and leave half of it.
What’s the minimum job?
A half day. If you’ve got one twenty-minute task it’s honestly not economic for either of us — but if you’ve been putting off eight small things, that’s a perfect half day and it’s the most satisfying work we do.
What won’t you do?
Licensed electrical beyond swapping a fixture or a device, licensed plumbing beyond fixtures and simple repairs, gas work of any kind, HVAC, roof replacement, asbestos, and anything structural without the proper engineering and permits behind it.
We’ll tell you straight when a job needs a licensed trade and point you at somebody good rather than have a go. That’s not us being unhelpful — it’s the difference between a contractor and a liability.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way. If you’ve already bought the faucet and the shelves, brilliant — we’ll fit them. If you’d rather we handled it, we pick up materials at cost and add a small allowance for the time. We’ll tell you which items are worth spending more on and which are all the same behind the packaging.
Can you do a walkthrough before a house sale?
Yes, and it’s one of the best-value things we do. Whether you’re fixing an inspection punch list before closing or getting a house ready to list, we’ll work through the whole document in one or two visits and hand you back a signed-off list.
Are you insured for work inside my house?
Fully, and the certificate goes out with the quote without you asking. Handyman work is inside people’s homes with their belongings in it, which is exactly where insurance matters most.
